Charlotte Casiraghi In Chanel Couture - Rose Ball 2014

Charlotte Casiraghi made her first official post-baby appearance at the Rose Ball in Monte Carlo, Monaco on Saturday (March 29) alongside Princess Caroline and Princess Charlene of Monaco to support the Princess Grace Foundation.

For the glamorous event, Charlotte wore a iridescent light-blue silk mousseline loose-fitting long bustier dress from the Chanel Spring 2014 Couture collection with a silk kimono embroidered with sequins draped around her shoulders.

Opting to wear only a barely seen pendant necklace, she completed her look with an updo and a dark-pink lip.

This is one of the prettiest gowns in this Chanel collection, and Charlotte looks lovely in it.

    I can’t believe that is a Chanel’s dress… Completely speechless

At least this dress wasn’t worn on the red carpet. I bet it is gorgeous in person and likely would be on stage too. It was on the runway. It photographs like a shiny, misshapen sack though.

Is that really a kimono? The way it is draped across her both in front and in back is blowing my mind.

The outfit reminds me of a bin liner in another color.

Shiny and shapeless, it just looks odd and unflattering.

Just cause it says Chanel on the label doesnt mean its a good dress. It wouldn’t look good on anyone including the model in the first pic.

Dress does not suit her athletic body type and broader shoulders. Colour and material look lovely though!

I don’t like the dress, it looks cheap.
I like her hair and her make up, she is beautiful.
