Emma Stone In Chloé – ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise Of Electro’ Sydney Photocall

Emma Stone In Chloé - 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Rise Of Electro' Sydney Photocall

It looks like the ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise Of Electro’ promo tour is finally under way as Emma Stone attended a photocall on Thursday (March 20) in Sydney, Australia.

I was going to say returning back to her roots, but we all know Emma is a natural blonde; so, returning back to her favoured red hair colour, the actress posed on Bennelong Point with the Sydney Opera House as a backdrop wearing a Chloe Pre-Fall 2014 look.

The fluid and feminine black-and-white striped lace two piece featuring a 3/4-sleeve top and a handkerchief skirt was styled with a punchy pair of sunshine-yellow Christian Louboutin pumps.

I have a feeling this might not be to everyone’s liking; I’ll admit I’m not 100% crazy about it myself. The pumps save the look.

Wished I didn’t see the white tank underneath.

This isn’t her best outing ever, but it’s not that bad either. Love the pumps and her hair colour + I’m super excited to see what she has in store for us!

Nothing special, but she doesn’t look bad.

Emma pulls looks off which I wouldn’t have liked on anybody else. I think it all works beautifully here. I’m not wowed either, but I love the pop of yellow and her hair and makeup.

I love Emma, and I missed her so much <3

This style is easy as the occasion, the structure of the print and see trough mirror the intricate architecture of Sydney and the color match between the hair and the shoes is just something that no one else would risk but that turns an utterly retro style into a fashion forward look.

I'm looking forward to this tour.

    Thank you for sharing <3

I love this dress and her styling. It’s cute, young and flirty and looks adorable on her. I like the visual misdirection of the filmy tunic over the dress with the handkerchief hem. Very appealing.

I agree. The sheerness and fluidity keep the bold angles (stripes, hankerchief hem) from being overwhelming. The overall effect is easy-breezy, youthful, and whimsical. Like!

Agreed. A lot of thought went into this deceptively simple dress.

It’s a gorgeous dress too bad it’s so shapeless and loose. Otherwise this would be a very BDOTW contender look in my eyes. Her styling is flawless. LOVE the yellow pumps.

I don’t love this look, but I’m SUPER excited about the promo tour!

I love it! It has a bit of a 1920s modern feel to it. I’m SO excited about this tour. I love what she and Petra Flannery do together (providing that Petra is still her stylist)!

I have grown to dislike Emmy’s style over the last year or so. I think the clothes tend to wear her. This is shapeless and boring so I am less than impressed but I agree the shoes give it the little bit of life that it manages to pull off.

  13. kane March 20, 2014 at 14:42 #

It could be a bit more fitted, but it looks nice enough. The shoes of course make this look.

  14. dee March 20, 2014 at 14:44 #

    This isn’t so bad.

The pumps and the beautiful view in the background saved the look. Not crazy about the proportions of the dress, but Emma managed to look lovely. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is in theaters May 2 (US). I can’t wait!

The dress is rather ugly, IMO.
I like the look from the knees down and the neck up!

      +1

I’ll say two things: REDHEAD… yay

  19. Neli March 20, 2014 at 20:53 #

Looks ok but she looks very old

I adore this look, one of my favourite’s for a long time. Exactly the kind of thing I would love to wear. The yellow pumps are inspired.
