America Ferrera In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Cesar Chavez’ New York Screening

America Ferrera In Dolce & Gabbana - ‘Cesar Chavez’ New York Screening

America Ferrera joined Rosario Dawson for the screening of ‘Cesar Chavez’ held at AMC Empire on Monday (March 17) in New York City.

Looking divine, she wore a signature Dolce & Gabbana frock.

Her leopard-print classic crewneck long-sleeved sheath dress in a warm, earthy palette is nipped in at the natural waist by a subtle seam.

Opting for neutral makeup, she enlivened the look further (if that is at all possible with leopard print) with a bubblegum-pink pair of Rupert Sanderson pumps.

She looks cute, but this dress is no “been there done that.”

I meant to write “so” not “no”

    • Christine March 18, 2014 at 18:50 #

      Agreed but she looks nice

    cute but dated

I’m surprised at how much I like the leopard print on her. She looks really good. I’m not sure that that pink was the best choice for the shoes, though.

The dress is figure-flattering, animal print doesn’t come across as tacky thanks to the simple demure shape and sophisticated length, and pink is usually a great color pop agaist animal print, beautiful natural looking hair, she looks fab.

I so agree. love the look head to toe

Beautiful from head to toe. For me, this look is not dated but instead more signature/classic Dolce Gabbana. That’s like saying a Chanel tweed blazer is dated. This is an obvious DG look and America looks fresh and lovely as ever in it.

      I agree

    • Tatá March 18, 2014 at 21:07 #

Agreed!! She looks classic, elegant, beautiful and very very tall!
Looooved it! I would go even further… She deserves a place at BDOTW.

I completely agree, everyone gets to wear an insane amount of things that have been done but this doesn’t feel like that to me, at all!

Love the confident pose and flawless complexion. She looks great.

  7. shap_half March 18, 2014 at 19:01 #

She looks really pretty. Love the hair and makeup, but I’m afraid those pink pumps don’t really work with this dress, which in itself is fairly ordinary.

  8. Alina March 18, 2014 at 19:04 #

I should not like it, but for some strange reason I love everything about it.

  9. dee March 18, 2014 at 20:30 #

I think she looks great. I like that she did an unexpected color in the shoes to go with the animal print.

  10. gabis March 18, 2014 at 20:49 #

I like it from the ankles up. Not loving the pink pumps.

  11. Yeliz March 18, 2014 at 21:53 #

Although the dress is nothing new and I usually dislike animal print, America looks great here from h2t.

  12. kane March 18, 2014 at 21:54 #

I miiight have been able to cope with the animal print, but the shoes… no. That’s not tongue-in-cheek, that’s overkill.

  13. H March 18, 2014 at 22:14 #

She looks incredible, beautiful, elegant, sexy. One of her best I must say!

  14. Amy March 19, 2014 at 00:59 #

hot pink and leopard print? interesting.I usually dislike all those leopard print dresses but the length and the styling makes it work here. she looks nice
