Padma Lakshmi In Sophie Theallet – 6th Annual Blossom Ball

Padma Lakshmi In Sophie Theallet - 6th Annual Blossom Ball

Padma Lakshmi attended the 6th Annual Blossom Ball Benefiting the Endometriosis Foundation Of America at 583 Park Avenue on Friday (March 7) in New York City.

With everyone dressing down post Oscars, Padma bucked the trend and gave us an uber-glamorous look.

The TV host wore a sexy Sophie Theallet Spring 2014 floor-length scarlet silk one-shoulder gown featuring not only a daring thigh-high slit, but also a cut-out at the waist.

Flawless makeup, sleek tresses and opulent gold earrings rounded out her look.

I like this, although I find her pose a bit too casual for the dress.

I actually think she makes this gown look better than the model does. (And how often can you say that?) Needs a slightly stronger lip, though (imo).

The gown looks so much better on her, I’m loving it. I’m not too fond of the shoes, but overall she looks gorgeous.

Wow, didn’t know Theallet made gowns like this. Eye-catching, great fit. Wondering if the sandals are flats, can’t quite tell.

I think this is a gorgeous look and I know it’s early but could be considered BDOTW-worthy. I love the gold earrings and I’m glad she didn’t put her hair up otherwise it would’ve looked too severe. She carries it off beautifully.
