Leslie Mann In Zuhair Murad – ‘Mr. Peabody & Sherman’ LA Premiere

Leslie Mann In Zuhair Murad - 'Mr Peabody & Sherman' LA Premiere

Leslie Mann attended the premiere of ‘Mr. Peabody & Sherman’ held at the Regency Village Theatre on Wednesday (March 5) in Westwood, California.

The actress wore a Zuhair Murad Spring 2014 sleeveless black-and-white silk sheath dress featuring a V-neckline and sheer lace panelling at the waist.

Zuhair is known for his extravagant gowns, but this monochrome offering has a much cleaner, more streamlined silhouette.

Jennifer Meyer jewelry and white pumps complemented her look, plus a lilac clutch was added instead of a bold lip colour.

Is the pop of colour via her clutch too random?

I don’t think that the blue is too random. I think she looks amazing, I’m loving the dress on her.

I still say no! to sheer lace paneling, but she’s looking pretty darn good in that dress. The clutch strikes an odd note out, imo.

WOW… so surprised this is Zuhair Murad. This dress kinda of reminds me of Narciso Rodriguez.

She looks very good in this dress and I love the clutch.

I don’t mind the pop of blue from the clutch. I just wish her hair was more polisehd. It seems limp. The dress looks great on her.

I like the dress, but I don’t think black and white does much for her–she looks really washed out to me–I would prefer this with more color than a blue clutch.

She has been my pick for the Most Underrated of the Year for the past couple of years now.And this is a good example of why.

I think in such monochrome looks you can use a random color. That’s exactly the fun of it. It gives a playful touch to a serious dress.
