Rashida Jones attended the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in West Hollywood, California on Sunday (March 2).
Bringing a folklore touch to the red carpet in a Valentino Spring 2014 dress, Rashida offered a refreshing change of pace compared to the other glitzy dresses on show.
The long-sleeved gown featuring a high round neck, a full skirt and embroidery detailing throughout was a colourful and quirky choice, and one that offered the perfect amount of drama to for such an event.
Rashida styled with the runway in mind with gold hoop Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Coquine’ yellow gold and diamonds earrings, Ana Khouri’s gold leaf hand bracelet and hair pin, a berry lip and her hair loosely tied back.

Looks like curtains
Rashida is super cool and has her own personal fashion style. This dress is unique and cool too so it’s an obvious match and I love it.
I agree completely
I love the fact she look a gamble and went for something different, but the dress doesn’t quite work. The busy pattern makes Rashida look somewhat frumpy and heavy.
Oh lord! I do not like
Unflattering and big around the waist area
Unflattering.
Not a fun of that colour mixing and her torso looks bigger. Perhaps a belt would help.
She just does what she wants, doesn’t she? The shape isn’t even my biggest problem with this dress. I would have never picked it, but that she has makes me adore her though not her look.
It needs a belt
Frumpy and makes her appear wider.
Awful and unflaterring dress !
+1
Agreed! Also I really dislike her bangs. They’re so invasive.
Agreed. And the styling is equally bad.
