After her dazzling turn at the 2014 BAFTAs Olga Kurylenko made a much edgier appearance on the red carpet of the Elle Style Awards, held at London’s One Embankment this evening (February 18).
Wearing a ruffled embellished Isabel Marant Spring 2014 dress, Olga made the unusual choice to opt for a 90s inspired high ponytail with shoulder-grazing chunky plait.
While the cut of the dress is beautiful and perfect for Olga’s frame, the bohemian inspired dress contrasts too greatly with the hair and her poor choice of nude Nicholas Kirkwood courts. Altogether I think this was a disappointing look from Olga who so often wows us with her elegance.
I think all of the elements of this look could work, but altogether they’re just not gelling What do you think?

Oh, Olga, dear.
I LOVE this look on Olga. I think she looks great and let’s not forget the Elle Style Awards are a fun event. Also, sometimes it’s fun to take a risk and do something a bit ‘out there’. Coolest hairstyle of the night!!!
I hate the whole look, it is not her usual style at all as you said FC, the classic look shows off her beauty ,not this!
This is not working at all. I mean wth?
Awful hairdo and shoes. It’s a shame because I like the dress on her.
+1
+2. I like the dress too but that hair is straight out of a middle school dance from the 80s while her shoes are better suited for a mother of the bride.
+3. The hairstyle is a disaster.
