Abbie Cornish In Nicholas Oakwell Couture – ‘RoboCop’ LA Premiere

Abbie Cornish In Nicholas Oakwell Couture - 'RoboCop' LA Premiere

Abbie Cornish attended the premiere of ‘Robocop’ on Monday (February 10) in Hollywood, California.

The Australian actress looked stunning wearing a Nicholas Oakwell Couture black sheer gown featuring subtle embellished detailing throughout, open-back and a silver metallic waistband.

It’s a shame that most of the intended impact of this look was almost swallowed up by the black carpet and back drop. But, even with that going against her, this look was still a wonderful sight to behold.

A side-parted rolled updo and an Edie Parker clutch completed her look.

Stunning, or is the black backdrop ruining this for you?

I don’t know… The dress is beautiful and she did well with the styling, but something is quite not WOW.

      Perfectly put

The top of the dress is not flaterring. And the hair and the make up could have been better.

I think it’s the BEST she has ever looked! This shape of dress is perfect for her silhouette and the gown itself looks fantastic! Wow wow

    Missing the glamour.

I think she’s struggling to dress her body type. Strapless gowns might work better. And I’d love to see her hair about three or four shades darker. Shame as she is such a beautiful lady!

This is a great dress and I think she wears it well. The black background is indeed reducing points from her appearence.

She carries the gown very well, it looks stunning on her. I also love the hairstyle. This is BDOTW worthy in my eyes.

      I agree.

I think the hair and make up seem to be the issue here but she wanted this dress to shine, and she looks like a movie star, and I love this!

The dress is pretty but I am not a fan of the hairstyle which I think is not flattering to her. She’s been taking notes from Diane Krueger and Heidi Klum on the weird updo!

THAT is a fantastically stunning gown (imo)! Between the shape and flow of the skirt, the subtle shimmer of the embellishments, and the metallic belt, it’s just great. Too bad about the black carpet, but she looks beautiful (though I’m slightly on the fence about the hair).

Well, I think, she is SPECTACULAR here. Without a doubt, BDOTW worthy.

The hair seems a little severe, but I adore this gown on her body shape. It fits her beautifully. This is a standout for me.

In my opinion, she looks breathtaking! The gown looks perfect on her. Her styling and make up and hair are also pretty much on point. I love her earrings.
