Sandra Bullock In Stella McCartney – 86th Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon

Sandra Bullock In Stella McCartney - 86th Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon

Sandra Bullock joined Amy Adams and Lupita Nyong’o on the red carpet for the 86th Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (February 10) in Beverly Hills, California.

While some may think that Sandra’s awards season run has been very hit-and-miss, I would agree while adding that I’m enjoying the many risks she has been taken.

On this occasion she wore a Stella McCartney Spring 2014 strapless dress featuring a metallic floral bodice and black lace skirt accented with a red-and-white waistband.

Sheer, but not too sexy for a luncheon; she styled her quietly flirty look with a red Roger Vivier ‘Pilgrim de Luxe’ clutch and Brian Atwood ‘Tamara’ strappy sandals.

Love or loathe?

    LOVE!

I like everything but the waistband. I would have covered it with a black belt, or a red belt and changed the color of the clutch.

Leave those shoes at home and than you have a perfect look

She looks nice. Nothing groundbreaking, but she looks nice. I personally have enjoyed the last 12 months of fashion we’ve gotten from Sandy. There’s been great colors, wonderful footwear, unexpected moments. They’re not all A+, but overall, a wonderful run.

I like it. Although, I do with the clutch was a darker hue of red.

I really like the dress on her and her hair and makeup looks flawless but I can’t get on board with the clutch and the shoes.

The dress works nicely for her, sweet and subtly sexy and flirty but nothing too much for the luncheon, I agree, and her flawless polished presentation pulls it all together perfectly. I think she nailed it.

She looks impeccable, but I am a little iffy about the shoes.

Love everything but the hair (could be slicked back or at least neater) and clutch (out of place with the muted color palette and too large).

    Not liking this at all

i take that clutch and shoes anytime as compared to a black clutch/ oversized clutch and black / white pumps… therefore, its a lovely look!

I love it from H2T. I appreciate she took the red subtle red from the belt and brought it out with the clutch

I’m happy that she has been giving us exceedingly different looks right from the beginning of awards season. I like how she complemented the dress with the red clutch though I would have preferred a smaller clutch and single strap shoes also would have worked fine.

I wish she had chosen some Louboutin’s Pigalle instead of those strappy sandals, that only seemed to shorten her legs.
