Camilla Belle In Christian Dior – ‘Cavemen’ LA Premiere

Camilla Belle In Christian Dior - 'Cavemen' LA Premiere

Camilla Belle attended the premiere of ‘Cavemen’ held at the ArcLight Cinemas on Wednesday (February 5) in Hollywood, California.

Not taking the pretty-gown approach, the actress wore a Christian Dior printed black wool-crepe tunic which drapes at the back, paired with black wool-crepe pants.

This is quite a directional look for Camilla – one I really appreciate, especially considering the chic styling (including a Smythson clutch and David Yurman jewelry), sleek tresses and bold matte-fuchsia lip.

Does this look work for you?

i like that she tried something new, but she’s not selling this to me. a tilda swinton or diane kruger would have.

I was also thinking Tilda or Karolina Kourkova. They would bring some needed fierceness to sell this bold look convincingly.

      Yes! Agreed.

The look is bold and unusual, I really want to get excited about it, but unfortunately it feels awkward and weird rather than chic. The wide-legged pants are long and unflattering and that picture on the front is just odd. But I also appreciate that she took a risk.

It could have gone a lot worse.

Agreed, but also a lot better.

I would have preferred her to wear her hair up.

It’s not really my cup of tea but she does look nice.

She looks amazing. It’s a bold choice and it pays of. I’m totally on board with this look!

Not working for me at all. And the fuchsia lips made it even worse.
I wish she had opted for the white dress instead of this hard-to-pull-it-off tunic and pants duo.

The top is awful. It doesn’t matter who wears it. I like everything else.

I find the graphic design on the tunic a bit overwhelming. It looks like she is having a movie projected on her chest.

This is not Dior. This is hideous. Please bring back galliano or bill gaytten. Monsieur Dior is turning in his grave
