Bruno Mars In Saint Laurent – Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show

Bruno Mars In Saint Laurent - Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show

Bruno Mars performed during the 2014 Super Bowl halftime show held on Sunday (February 2) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Just as it began to rain, the halftime performance opened with a handful of children holding hands and singing the hook of ‘Billionaire’, before Bruno then emerged slamming on a drum set, wearing a gold Saint Laurent blazer that matched those of his band members.

The metallic-gold blazer with black leather contrast shawl-collar lapels was dressed up from the runway look with a white shirt, black pants and a skinny satin tie.

Bruno then went into his songs ‘Locked Out of Heaven’, ‘Treasure’, ‘Runaway Baby’, ‘Give it Away’ with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and, for his finale, ‘Just the Way You Are’, which began with a tribute to army families.

Even though it was freezing cold in New Jersey, Anthony Kiedis and band member Flea still went shirtless.

Umm, Bruno! He was awesome indeed. So much energy, they did that. Very sexy. Yumm. *.*

Bruno and crew sparkled as bright as the fireworks; loved their look as much as their performance. Could have done completely without the Chili Peppers, esp the shirtless look but to each his own.

      AMEN.
Nothing against the RHC Peppers. They may be fine on their own. But they just didn’t fit in visually with the spiffy Bruno Mars band.

(I don’t know why they felt obliged to bring in another band like that. Bruno Mars and Co. were clearly good enough to carry the show!)

He really looks good here, great performance outfit. But can anybody else just not tear their eyes away from the model?? He looks so skinny it’s scary!

Just writing to agree with you. Bruno looks spiffy, but the model, my God, the model is shockingly skinny. How on earth is this allowed?

I’m very worried for the model. He is very skinny. Why would S.Laurent let him walk?!
