Gemma Chan In Burberry Prorsum – ‘Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit’ London & LA Premiere

Gemma Chan In Burberry Prorsum - ‘Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit’ London & LA Premiere

Gemma Chan joined her co-stars Keira Knightley and Chris Pine for the London premiere of ‘Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit’ on Monday (January 20).

The pretty actress wore a Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 lace blue frock with a lilac one-shoulder detail decorated with floral appliqués, which also covered her Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 ‘The Petal’ clutch. As you know, I’m not a huge fan of white pumps as a whole, but on the odd occasion, like this one, I will admit that her Gianvito Rossi pumps complement the dress rather nicely.

This isn’t Gemma’s first Burberry frock, as she also wore a Burberry Prorsum Resort 2014 look to the LA premiere of this movie, styling the look with black Burberry sandals and another ‘The Petal’ clutch, this time in white.

You may remember that Sienna Miller wore this same Burberry Prorsum antique-rose strapless pencil dress to the Tony Awards last year.

Which Burberry frock do you prefer? I love the colour and fabric of the first one.

Don’t know who she is, but she is GORGEOUS. Such a striking and beautiful face! Both dresses are lovely on her.

She looks lovely, I love the rose pink shade of the second dress.

Actually I was scanning the comments if anyone else noticed because it almost looks like it could have been Photoshopped, it’s just seemed so identical 😛

Is it just me or aren’t these… almost the exact same dress? Like if I loved a dress so much that I asked the designer to make me another one with a different fabric.

Omg! Totally! And the clutch, and the pose, and the hairstyle, and the makeup. Too funny–I didn’t even notice!

I like thm both, if we hadn’t already seen the second one on Sienna, I’d probably choose it. I just wish she would have at least put her hair behind her shoulder in the first dress, as it covers up the embellished strap entirely.

Wow these clutches are huge! They are a jarring note.

I agree with you. The first is better for her. The other was worn better by Sienna Miller!

The first look is my favourite too, but I also like the second look.

Nice looks. I like the second better as a whole, but the pattern of the first dress is lovely too.

I didn’t know who she was until now. I love both outfits, and her hair and make up.

She looks lovely in both pictures. I would go for the first look as we’ve already seen the second one.
