Anna Dello Russo In Prada – Christian Dior Spring 2014 Couture Front Row

Anna Dello Russo In Prada - Christian Dior Spring 2014 Couture Front Row

What is fashion week without a sighting of Anna Dello Russo?

Love her or hate her attention-seeking ways, the fashionista is always ready to shock and awe.

Before taking her front row seat at Christian Dior’s Spring 2014 show, the editor-at-large for Vogue Nippon was spotted wearing a Prada Spring 2014 rainbow hued red-collared coat featuring embellished detailing.

Many of you were slightly disappointed that Michelle Dockery’s Prada dress was sans embellishment, but of course Anna would wear the runway look.

Anna’s choice of hat can often be perplexing (remember the dunce’s hat she wore to the Michael Kors event last year?) but this time the pink fur hat was tame by her standards.

An orange bag and Chanel white embroidered boots featuring a black toecap rounded out her look.

There is no middle ground when it comes to Anna Dello Russo’s style, so do you love it or hate it?

I think if you remove the hat, she actually looks pretty good

Ahhh, no. I’m intrigued by the coat, but I really hate her styling this time.

    She looks crazy per usual

I’m baffled by the shoe choice. If not for that then this would have been a pretty decent look.

The coat is like a little kid’s craft project, the boots are ugly, the hat is silly, and overall it’s just too much, she looks comical.

No! No! No! She looks like a disheveled preschooler!

    I miss the dunce cap!

Anna is wearing the coat itself well – it looks good and she looks good in it. I would have preferred the bag to be matched to the collar, don’t care for the boots or hat and wish she would do something else with her hair.

Actually I like the coat, but those boots and that hat are ugly, ugly…

Hate it. My eyes get exhausted just from looking at her.

I don’t really consider it a style. Just folly.

    Ridiculous.

I love Anna and her ability to make fashion fun and whimsical. I knew she would get a kick out of the Prada Spring 2014 collection and I’m excited to see her wear one of my favorite looks from the show!

However…she should have let the coat do most of the talking. It’s such a statement piece in and of itself, she didn’t need to busy up her look with extraneous details like that goofy hat or the boots.

But I do love her for taking a risk and having fun, something that very few people seem to do these days!

I have to concur, Lindsey. I’m a die-hard ADR fan.

Also, the bag is Prada, and the hat is Chanel.

How long did she take to put this look together. Seems entirely too contrived. The coat alone is enough. I would have even have cut her some slack for the addition of the boots. But the silly hat, and the twee bag? No!

This would be a perfect look – for a 6 year old girl LOL Anna likes to provoke!

Did she escape the circus? Prada specializes in ugly, so this is no surprise, but leave it to Anna to take to a level of pure foolishness. There’s quirky-fashionable-edgy-styling and there’s this, that is just looking like a bloody idiot.
