Amy Adams In Roland Mouret – 2014 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

Amy Adams In Roland Mouret - 2014 Critics' Choice Movie Awards

Amy Adams, nominated in the ‘Best Actress in a Comedy’ category for ‘American Hustle,’ took to the red carpet at the 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards held at Barker Hangar on Thursday (January 16) in Santa Monica.

Following up her stunning Valentino Couture gown at the Golden Globes, Amy looked breathtaking wearing a Roland Mouret ‘Tinea’ gown.

The sublime streamlined gown features a draped neckline for intoxicating sensuality, and black grosgrain ribbon accented her waist and shoulders.

Delicate Neil Lane jewelry accessorized her look with glossy lips rounding out her look.

Like Cate and Lupita, Amy is most definitely one-to-watch this awards season.

Would’ve been BDOTW worthy if her hair was up. But this is still a pretty look.

Absolutely beautiful. Great colour, wonderful silhouette, the draped detailing and the contrasting black ribbons add some interest, her hair and makeup are fresh and beautiful – J’adore, another success for Amy.

+2. I’m finding that I don’t need to comment on this event, because you seem to be reading my mind. Lol!

I agree. The dress is a bit too long but we all know that these dressed are loaned so I don’t mind.

Couldn’t agree more. Flawless and BDOTW worthy.

there is something about this gal that just does not work for me. She has like zero presence and brings no life into everything she wears hence why this is jut OK for me.

This is very similar to a couple of dresses that got an outing a couple of years ago – but the textures on the fabric here makes this iteration clearly the best.

This reminds me of the dress that Jennifer Lawrence wore to the SAGs like 2 years ago. I think I like this more though, I just wish her hair was up. I think shes been working out or something lately, she looks really good.

I love it, the dress is a bit long but still. there’s something about a redhead i pink that gets me every time. plus the fit is good.

  7. Salimah January 17, 2014 at 04:52 #

This dress right away reminded me of the darker pink dress that Jennifer Lawrence wore before.

Love it! So far, this is her best awards season. Unlike other years when she was all about girly and sweet looks, this year she is showing diversity.

My first thought when I saw this was Jennifer Lawrence in Oscar de la Renta in 2011: http://www.redcarpet-fashionawards.com/2011/01/31/jennifer-lawrence-in-oscar-de-la-renta-2011-sag-awards/

But looking at it again they aren’t that similar! Must just be the pink and black.

    • noo January 17, 2014 at 11:45 #

That was my exact thought :D

She looks beautiful, the combination pink gown + red head works perfectly

    • Elise January 17, 2014 at 05:42 #

      hair*, not head

  11. kane January 17, 2014 at 08:54 #

Yes, I love when she brings out her inner little girl! We’ve seen too many grown up Amy looks recently.

You thought Julia Roberts was too long but not this….???hummmmmmmm

  17. the ogre January 17, 2014 at 13:38 #

Wow! What a gorgeous look! I, for one, love that she left her hair cascading down the side. Other than the fact that the dress is a bit too long, this is a beautiful look which is BDOTW-worthy.

    Absolutely stunning!
