Tory Burch Rodeo Drive Flagship Opening

Tory Burch Rodeo Drive Flagship Opening

Tory Burch hosted a party on Tuesday (January 14) to celebrate her newly opened boutique on Rodeo Drive, which is her first flagship on the West Coast.

Celebrities came to check out the new store – of course, dressed in Tory Burch pieces, mostly from the Spring 2014 collection, which will banish your winter blues.

Kiernan Shipka: The ‘Mad Men’ actress was by far my favourite at this event. She’s only 14, but I’m always inspired by her red carpet looks. On this occasion she donned a pretty floral embroidered Tory Burch Spring 2014 tunic-style top with matching pants styled with a mirrored Tory Burch minaudiere to round out her uber-chic look, which wouldn’t look out of place on the French Riviera.

Hailee Steinfeld: While I love Hailee’s Tory Burch Spring 2014 ‘Emily’ A-line embellished dress, I wish she’d opted to go sans tights, especially considering she styled the look perfectly, giving it an edge with Tory Burch mirrored ‘Sadie’ slingbacks and a ladylike top-handle bag. The beehive ‘do was a great finishing touch to her ’60s-inspired frock.

Jessica Alba: I often see Jessica wearing Tory Burch pieces in her everyday life, so I was not surprised to see her show her support. Keeping the metallic theme going, she wore a striped cropped top from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection styled with a green freckled-print single pleat skirt from the Spring 2014 collection with the celeb-favourite white pumps.

Camila Alves: After being Matthew McConaughey’s bombshell plus-one at the Golden Globes on Sunday, the TV host opted for a more demure look on this occasion wearing a peach printed Tory Burch Spring 2014 halter dress styled with a decorative Tory Burch ‘Candelaria’ necklace and box clutch. This is a nice change of pace for Camila.

Ahna O’Reilly: The actress continues to be the girl about town. Her theme for the night was orange, gold and white, bringing these colours all together in a Tory Burch embellished mini dress styled with Tory Burch ‘Adria’ sandals from the Rodeo collection and a gold clutch.

Brooklyn Decker: The model/actress kept it super simple and uber girlie in head-to-toe white, wearing Spring 2014 pieces including a collared ‘Trixy’ lace dress, a ‘Lake Opaque’ clutch and ‘Sadie’ slingbacks.  A braided updo completed her look.

Emilia Clarke: As a Brit, Emilia was in fall mode, opting for a white-collared grey top, black cropped trousers and a hot-fuchsia-pink blazer to punch up her look. A chic Tory Burch top-handle bag and nude pumps accessorized her look.

Jaime King: Also working a chic fall look was Jaime King. Her mod look, which featured a printed top and pants, was styled with white Tory Burch pumps which weren’t in short supply at this event.

Emmy Rossum: The actress, who like Jessica is also a fan of Tory Burch’s pieces, wore a Pre-Fall 2014 black-and-white ultra mini styled with Jimmy Choo sandals and a perspex Tory Burch ‘Laken’ shoulder bag. She added some colour to her look via her red lippie and coral stud earrings.

Hannah Simone: The actress’s Tory Burch ‘Dahlia’ dress in a pretty orange-and-blue print was also one of my favourites from this event. She also worked a bold lip and bold statement earrings, completing her look with a Tory Burch ‘Frete’ clutch and nude pumps.

Rashida Jones: As expected, Rashida’s look had a bit of an edge with a quintessential downtown New Yorker vibe, working a polka sweater with floral sleeves from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection with a white mini skirt. A Tory Burch ‘Robinson’ satchel and gold Tory Burch ‘Kinsley’ pumps from the Spring 2014 collection completed the look.

Alice Eve: Even though some did work a wintery look, there was still a cheery feel to their looks. Alice’s black Tory Burch ‘Clarissa’ dress styled with navy pumps and a Tory Burch ‘Frete’ clutch feels very out of tune with the theme of the event.
