Lizzy Caplan In Emilio Pucci – 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Lizzy Caplan walked the red carpet at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 12) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

The ‘Masters of Sex’ actress really amped up her sartorial sex appeal in a gown by Emilio Pucci Spring 2014.

The black and silver column dress had an Art Deco feel that was different from anything seen on the red carpet. The silver-hued long sleeves with side details created a beautiful and texturally interesting design.

Lizzy completed the look with a Rauwolf clutch, Bionda Castana heels, and structure-yet-feminine waves.

This is an award-winner in my book. Do you agree?

I think Lizzie is stunning and I was looking forward to seeing her. This missed for me. (Her work on Masters was sublime, so deserving of an Emmy. Will see what next time brings.)

I like make up and hair, but the dress is a no. Hate those sleeves, in fact the whole application.

This dress is gorgeous one of the most beautiful of the night but I think she is too thin for it. Look at the sleeves how big are on her. For that reason it is a miss for me =(

I love this dress and I love it on Lizzy! I’m glad they changed the neckline from the runway – I don’t really like the dress on the runway and think it looks so much better on Caplan! I wanted to vote for this look in the best dressed poll!

I like the dress but not on her.

I love the gown but I agree with others that unfortunately she can’t pull this off.

While her and makeup looks good, the dress isn’t doing much for her..I wish she had kept the same shoulder and neckline as they were the main highlight of the dress.

This is so cool and beautiful – one of my faves of the night

The brocade is just too heavy for her–she is so petite that she just looks like she is wearing armor.

I like the dress, but the hair looks unfortunate.

I don’t think she is working this dress. She looks a bit uncomfortable and the hair is completely wrong.

For some reason I really like this. Nice makeup and details on the gown are outstanding. The hair might be a bit to structured but it really suits the look.

This should be in the running for Best Dressed on the Year. As Charlie Sheen would say, WINNING.

Sadly, it’s a no for me. I don’t think she pulled it off.

I don’t really like it or understand it!
