Lupita Nyong’o In Altuzarra – 39th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards

Lupita Nyong'o In Altuzarra - 39th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards

Rounding out an epic weekend, Lupita Nyong’o attended the 39th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards held at InterContinental Hotel on Saturday (January 11) in Century City, California, wearing her fourth look following the ’12 Years a Slave’ cocktail party hosted by InStyle, the 2014 Film Independent Filmmaker Grant and Spirit Awards nominees’ brunch, and the DuJour magazine party.

Opting for a simpler look compared to all the colour-and-print love she was showcasing earlier, she wore an Altuzarra soft-grey ‘Marlene’ dress from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection.

Styled with a Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Pre Catelan’ yellow-gold-diamond-and-chalcedony ring and matching earrings, plus a divine pair of Bruno Magli lilac patent leather’ Olabisi’ pumps, I’m thankful her shoe choice was not black or white on this occasion.

Many of you haven’t been too enamoured with her shoe choices, so how does this one fair?

Of Lupita’s four looks this weekend, which was your favourite?

The Victoria Beckham and Mary Katrantzou dresses are a tie for me. How could I choose between that colour and that bold print?

This is just white but makes a huge impact on me, as a well worn white piece always make, incredible, perfection head to toe. She is nailing it!

I like this look. It’s clean and polished and the colors are great against her skin tone.
I’m indecisive between this and Victoria Beckham.

This is amazing from H2T, but that Mary Katrantzou dress won me over. Even though I didn’t like the shoe choice, that look is still my favourite of the bunch.

She looks nice, simple and polished, but I was expecting more from her. Lupita can do better.

This fabulous look FTW for me with the Beckham second. Disliked the Mary K print and jeune-fille-party-dress silhouette. J’adore the periwinkle pop of these pumps.

I love all her looks but my favorite of the three is the Mary Katrantzou, can’t wait to see her tonight on the GG’s.

The blue shoes are not the best choice, but the dress is fantastic.

im sorry but this woman is about to surpass Kerry Washington in my book. She wears sooo many different styles and colors and yet it all works. she is like otherworldly, I loveeee her.

Good look, love the choice of shoes, and as I am catching up with the blog backwards, way more interesting than her outing for the Globes.
