Charlize Theron In Givenchy – Sean Penn 3rd Annual Help Haiti Home Gala

Charlize Theron joined Allison Williams and Diane Kruger at the  3rd Annual Sean Penn & Friends Help Haiti Home Gala hosted by Giorgio Armani at the Montage Hotel on Saturday (January 11) in Los Angeles, California.

For the occasion, the actress chose an intriguing asymmetrical Givenchy Fall 2010 cocktail dress that had every woman’s favorite feature–pockets/

With the peek-a-boo red lining, the mix of fabrics and subtle twist on a high/low hemline, this dress is modern and fun.

She also had some fun with her accessories, opting for cut-out Christian Louboutin ‘Martha’ shoes, a large, snakeskin Saint Laurent clutch and diamond-encrusted Harry Winston jewelry.

Charlize’s pixie cut is growing out gracefully, and her pink lips and rosy cheeks are the perfect makeup for this look.

Honestly, anything that shows off Charlize’s enviable legs is a smart decision on her part, but I really do find this whole classy-meets-edgy look to be perfection. Do you agree?

I agree, I wish more celebrities would look at her or Cate Blanchett and realized how a woman should look and dress herself.

I agree with you, FC. She looks classy and edgy. She never tries hard, because she doesn’t need it. And she looks particularly beautiful in the photos.

This is indeed flawless. I have no complaints here, I love it.

Is this really all one piece? Because it looks like a top that hits at her hips over a mini. Whatever the case, it’s not particularly flattering, the way it kind of bunches there. She still looks gorgeous, as always, but this isn’t one of my faves from her.

Classy meets edgy, indeed. She looks amazing, as per usual. I particularly love the shoes.

But I kinda wish she had gone for a red lippie, it would’ve matched the lining perfectly.

Fun, cool, modern, edgy, carried off by beautiful Charlize with ease. What’s not to like.

Just perfection. Even though is a short length she makes it classy and not desperate hooker like Heidi Klum. I am obsessed by her hair and make up

Stunning!! I absolutely love everything about this look on her. I love how she can wear things and make them look soooo much better then anyone else would dare to. Love the high low hem of this dress & the red lining is fierce!

I think it is a edgy and cool look, and certainly Charleze has the legs to carry it off, but I prefer the runway styling.
