Christina Applegate In Emilio Pucci - 'Anchorman 2 The Legend Continues' London Premiere

Christina Applegate attended the UK premiere of ‘Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues’ held at The Vue West End in London this evening.

With a bitter cold snap in the air, she wisely wore a long-sleeve gown, selecting a blush-hued, lace frock from Emilio Pucci.

Carla Amorim earrings, a Le Vian Ring, nude lips and a sexy bouffant updo styled the look.

This was near perfect; unfortunately I can’t get on board with the eye makeup.

I like her eye makeup. It goes with the hair giving me a sexy Bridgitte Bardot look. She looks fabulous.

It looks like a 4 year old drew on her face

I still like it. I think her makeup looks fine.

The eye makeup was the first thing I saw, which is never a good thing. I also think the earrings are too much, but the dress is beautiful, and she looks great otherwise.

    Not liking this

I don’t have a problem with the eye makeup, she looks gorgeous.

This is beautiful from the neck down. The dress is lovely on her.
The earrings are a bit too big for my taste but I don’t mind them. The hair is fine. The heavy eye make-up, OTOH, is pretty awful.

I won’t say that it utterly spoils the whole look but it certainly brings it down a notch.

This is so Patty Duke in the Valley of the Dolls. No. Just no.

I remembered that lea michele wore the short version of this gown last year

Sorry I really can’t get past her face. The eye makeup is hideous but it’s not just that. Her face looks weird. I had to look carefully because she’s almost unrecognizable to me. I don’t know what has she done to her face but it does not look good IMO.

ITA! I love her, but I had a hard time recognizing her.

As a makeup artist I’m horrified at what has been done to her face! Not only the eyemakeup but the hideous lipstick. Love the dress but can’t see past the makeup.

No doubt she’s gorgeous but the make up is a non no. Her skin looks so heavy. I’m amazed by how a make up artist can make such a bad work.

It looks like she’s had filler injected into her lips. I’ve noticed stars often opt for a nude lip until the puffiness recedes. I love the dress and the styling, the makeup is sub par and in spite of the unfortunate medical tweaking, she is still a beautiful woman.

I agree, the eye makeup wasn’t executed right. But the rest is gorgeous.

Her make up is killing what it could have been a great look.
