Lindsay Ellingson In Sophie Theallet – 9th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball

Lindsay Ellingson In Sophie Theallet - 9th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball

Lindsay Ellingson attended the 9th annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City yesterday evening joining Angie Harmon, Christina Ricci and Katy Perry

The Victoria’s Secret model opted for an elegant light-blue Sophie Theallet Fall 2013 silk gown with a velvet hemline and a criss-cross detail at the back.

Working a simple, demure look, Lindsay didn’t add any trinkets to her look, opting for neutral makeup and a side-parted hairstyle.

Did she play it right or should she have at least added a clutch?

I love the simplicity of it. Sure, some kind of statement accessory would have topped it off nicely, but if in doubt, I prefer to leave it bare.

+1, j’adore just the way she looks as is. Nice to see a Theallet look on the red carpet, hope to see more of her designs.

Yes. I would love something white-ish to go with this, an earring or a bracelet or so, but everything else about her look is so perfected that I wouldn’t dare mess with it.

Flawless! She makes the dress look better than the runway version.

+2. Heavenly. These colors looks soothing and elegant paired together. Personally, I would have liked to see a bit of accessories, but Im not really quibbling… Well done.

+3! I wouldn’t have ever given this dress a second glance based on the runway presentation. On Lindsay, however, it is ravishing. I rarely love a Theallet design, so I’m pleasantly surprised by this. And I don’t think she needed to add a thing.

Didn’t see the shoes before, I have to say I’m disappointed. Pointed nude stilettos, cute maybe but not with this dress, I would have prefered something strappy and simple. Ankles up tho, I still love it.
