Clémence Poésy also joined the celebrity-studded list at the 2013 British Fashion Awards, held on Monday at the London Coliseum in England.
Everything was coming up flowers for this French stunner, who selected a black sheer-overlay gown from Erdem’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection.
Covered in a darker, more toxic vision of the brand’s signature blooms—these petals were of the neon yellow and shadowy grey variety—the dress took on a more gothic, but still incredibly glam quality. The black waistband contributed a note of structure to the chaos of the floral embroidery.
I don’t think this look would have been the same without the magical juxtaposition that was delivered via the pop of a supremely magenta lip and an altogether chic topknot.

I love this! She usually has her hair down in messy mermaid waves, so this topknot is very refreshing and somehow makes her all the more statesque in this gown.
Totally agree
Très chic mademoiselle Poésy, j’adore!
I love it so much I want to cry. I’ve got a girl crush on Clemence, and the dress-hair-makeup are all just so perfect. The dress is very pretty and flowery but still far from too twee, the topknot is not hiigh enough to bother me and the lips are a perfect touch.
I’m not a fan of the topknot, but I do love the dress. It’s very whimsical without looking too twee. The neon yellow-on-black color scheme is eye-catching.
This is wonderful on her. Not crazy about the hair, but still, very nice.
I agree. Romantic waves would have been the perfect touch!
I agree.
I love it………
I like the white dress better.
Nothing exciting, but she looks fine.
