Sarah Hyland In Sass & Bide – ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ LA Premiere

Sarah Hyland In Sass & Bide - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' LA Premiere

Sarah Hyland attended the premiere of ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California on Monday evening.

I don’t think I have ever warmed to Sarah’s style, and this Sass and Bide Resort 2014 gold lamé dress with embellishment detailing, back cut-outs and a bustle-style skirt layered with pleated panels is doing nothing to change that fact.

Factor in the clunky black pumps and the only thing I have left to say about this look is ‘next’.

The dress isn’t that bad, but the shoes definitely ruin the look.

      I agree.

      Agreed.

I don’t like the dress to begin with, but I also don’t think she’s tall enough not to look boxy in it. And the shoes, well the shoes…

I think it might be the colour of the dress but it reminds me of Jennifers Prabal Gurung gown last year… a cute look nonetheless, her makeup is perfect but those heels… no.

I like the dress but the color is wrong for her in my opinion–too close to her hair color for one thing, but I think she looks better in jewel tones.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a look from Sarah that I’ve liked head-to-toe. Part of the reason is that she has such a baby face and looks nowhere near her actual age, so everything she wears ends up looking either too twee or too matronly. Her makeup here is pretty bad (that “nude” lip…ugh), the dress is too busy, and the shoes are completely wrong.

    Not good

Huh, I quite like it (sans shoes) – but could be because I have a thing for both Sass and Bide and copper.
