Naomie Harris In Burberry – Governors Awards 2013

Naomie Harris In Burberry Prorsum - Governors Awards 2013

Naomie Harris joined Lupita Nyong’o, Amy Adams, Lea Seydoux and Angelina Jolie on the red carpet for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Governors Awards held at the Grand Ballroom of the Hollywood and Highland Center in LA yesterday evening.

The British actress looked divine wearing a Burberry, alluringly desirable, stretch-crepe short sleeve frock from ‘The London Exclusives’ collection

Her dress was enriched with embellished details at the neckline and shoulders which also line the back giving the cut-out detail a dramatic, sexier feel.

Opting for sleek straight locks over the romantic curls she has favoured for her last few red carpet appearances, Naomie completed her look with a Jimmy Choo ‘Kase’ oval clutch.

‘The London Exclusives’ collection is available exclusively at the Burberry Regent Street flagship store in London.

I can’t believe she opted for a loose sleek straight hair that doesn’t flatter her or the dress.
With that back and all the gorgeous and rich embellishments in the shoulders an updo seemed to be mandatory.
Needless to say then I love everything but her hair.

The gown is beautiful, loving the elegant sleek silhouette, the demure sleeves offset by the strong cut-out back, the white is gorgeous against her skin tone. Naturally would’ve preferred an updo to show off the embellishmnets but she looks so wonderful anyway, I can live with the hair – her sleek locks add an effortless sexy vibe to the look.

This is a great look. I love that dress. Beautiful embellishments which she could have shown off better had she worn her hair up but I’d still forgive that because it’s perfectly styled by her.

She looks amazing in that dress. I do agree with the others regarding an up do, it would have been better for the dress.
