Jessica Biel In Christian Dior Couture – Guggenheim International Gala

Jessica Biel In Christian Dior Couture - Guggenheim International Gala

Jessica Biel attended the second evening of the Guggenheim International Gala held at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City on Thursday.

She wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 Couture strapless black, off-white and pale-lilac bustier dress with yellow embroidered details around the neckline.

I can’t say I’m that crazy about the dress. Sadly the heavyweight fabric of the black part of her dress didn’t withstand the journey to the venue.

The accessories really lift the look. I love her Dior fine jewelry ‘Granville’ opal earrings and dual-colour yellow-and-pink pumps more than the dress.

She really elevates this with her styling. The dress itself doesn’t wow me but she is making it work.

I like this dress on Jessica, she wears it wonderfully – the dress creates a very flattering shape and really accents her small waist, her styling is on-point, I like it.

      I agree 100%.

apart from the creases, I like it too

This is like a pretty maid’s outfit. Her bag and its shadow even looks like a serving tray. Her face also looks sunburned. Overall, not the best look but I’m not really surprised.

As much as I love Natalie and find Jessica boring, I have to say that she looks better here. Not that the dress is great but the styling really seals the deal over here.

She did all she could but I find this dress so… insignificant.

I find this dress quite interesting. Love the shoes with it, especially.

I love her styling. The shoes and earrings really make this look. I don’t like the dress that much. Pretty dull.

I think she looks beautiful, I love how the colours in the shoes complement the dress.

      +1 She looks nice

Agreed. She looks classy. Love the accessories. I understand that Justin Timberlake serves as a willing dress consultant. It really makes a huge difference. Ever since they got married, she is always dressed impeccably.

It’s a travesty that a Dior COUTURE piece could crease like that.

Don’t these garments cost thousands of euros and they can’t find a fabric that doesn’t crease?

I don’t like the dress, it’s boring, as usual with Dior lately.
The shoes are a great touch, that’s it.

+1 she looks good (her hair is irritating me, the colour is just so inconsistent). But it is pretty meh, just meh. Agree on the shoes though.

I agree with Char and Chi Chi, the dress isn’t particuarly exciting, but she styled it well with the shoes and it’s an overall good look for her.
