Naomie Harris In Gucci – Harper’s Bazaar Woman Of The Year Awards 2013

Naomie Harris In Gucci - Harper’s Bazaar Woman Of The Year Awards 2013

Naomie Harris joined a host of award-winning stars such as Cate Blanchett, Victoria Beckham and Rita Ora for the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards held at Claridge’s Hotel in London yesterday evening, where she picked up the British Actress of the Year award.

Opting for a look from Gucci’s Spring 2014 collection, the stunning actress selected this pale-pink-and-orange jacquard spaghetti-strapped jumpsuit with the black mesh bra which Rosie Huntington-Whiteley opted to wear with her look on Saturday evening.

I know many of you weren’t too fond of the bra being a feature on many of the pieces from this collection, but Naomie pulls it off without a hint of the look feeling tacky, and I think that is down to her not being too well endowed.

Black suede-and-patent-leather open-toe Gucci booties with black elastic bands, silver earrings and a black Edie Parker clutch completed her look.

I love the look from head to toe; her makeup couldn’t be more perfect. I’m in awe.

I don’t care how little your boobies are, if I can see your see- through bra it’s tacky. And the jumpsuit is just plain ugly.

Hmmm, I want to like this. Love the color and print, not feeling the culottes. A little too resort-wear and casual for me given the venue and event.

I agree. Too casual for such an event.
Also, I think the model wears it better. This is the kind of piece that is much more flattering an appropriate for tall and sleek women.
On the bright side the styling is fab. Love the makeup and the open booties.

Yeah I agree. The hair and makeup are lovely.

I sorta like this look. She pulls it off with ease.

I’m amazed at how well she pulls this off! On paper this could’ve seemed a bad idea but the styling, hair+make up and her natural poise make this work oh so nicely!

The jumpsuit looks certainly better on her than on the runway, but I still don’t like this look.

I love this look! Can’t stop looking at her. Different but executed to perfection. BTOTW contender for me.

For once, an exposed bra doesn’t bother me. But also for once, I don’t like a jumpsuit. Looking at the model first, I thought she was wearing a dress. Looking at Naomie, I wish she were wearing a dress. Either it should have long pants, or there should be more fabric in the legs.

I agree about the bra, but is it actually a bra? It seems like part of the dress (which is in part why one could get away with it I would say).

Awww, she’s just so freakin’ cool! Not sure about event appropriateness, but I really like this.

I love this too, FC! And I have to say her style really impressed me this year.

J’adore from h2t. She wears it amazingly well, her styling is perfection.

Mixed reaction from me–she IS making it work, but I wonder why she chose this. The color is good and I like the top half, but the bottom half is not attractive, imo, including the shoes.

+1 I didn’t like this collection on the runway and I don’t like it on the red carpet either.

I really like this. A very difficult look to pull off but she does it. It wont make my BDOTW, since I agree it would be better as a skirt.

Ugh. Not liking this at all. *shudders*
