Caroline Sieber In Chanel – The UNICEF Halloween Ball

Caroline Sieber In Chanel - The UNICEF Halloween Ball

Caroline Sieber stepped out for The UNICEF Halloween Ball last night in a runway look that doubled as an apropos Halloween costume.

Maybe it’s not exactly a spooky outfit, but the stylist did have that whole all-black gothic vibe going for her, didn’t she? She chose a dress with an embellished split-front overlay from the Fall 2013 Chanel collection; then she added elbow-length black gloves and leather leggings to the equation. Her shoes — black Christian Louboutin pumps — and slightly exaggerated black eye makeup weren’t quite scary choices, but nonetheless, finished off her look.

Outside of the Halloween context, this Chanel ensemble has already been worn by Rinko Kikuchi. Whose interpretation is best?

It all works so much better for Caroline. A cool, edgy, fashionable outfit that suits the occasion.

It might be this particular picture and the impression might be completely different on the picture taken a second later, but she’s not selling this to me at all.
