Jessica Paré In L’Wren Scott – Pandora Essence Collection

Jessica Pare In L'Wren Scott - Pandora Essence Collection

Jessica Paré attended the Pandora Essence Collection North America launch party, held at SkyBar at the Mondrian Los Angeles on Saturday in West Hollywood.

The ‘Mad Men’ actress chose a L’Wren Scott look for the evening’s festivities. From the black, ruffle-front, mock-neck, long-sleeved blouse to shimmery purple and black tuxedo-stripe pencil skirt, to the gladiator strap heels, it was certainly a look with a lot going on.

As for everything else, she styled the outfit with silver leaf earrings, tousled hair, and a less dramatic smoky cat-eye than she usually wears.

This isn’t working well. The ‘plasticky’ blouse is awful imo, and her bold strappy gladiator shoes do not go well with the skirt length and are somewhat competing with the ruffles on the top. I usually like Jessica but she doesn’t look good here to me.

the blouse has too much going on. the fabric is weird and gives the impression that the blouse is too small for her. And the ruffles are just meh?
    not her best look

A simple black chiffon blouse would have made a world of difference here

    Well…no.

She needs to stay away from ruffles. She is too strikingly pretty for them; they only bring her down.

The top looks reminiscent of a black Hefty bag, and the skkirt part is unflattering. The shoes compete, and don’t really work with the skirt length. A no.

The blouse is pretty much one of the ugliest I’ve ever seen, and the skirt is too high waisted. I don’t like the shoes either.
