Best Dressed Of The Week, Blog
Women: 1. Fan Bingbing 2. Anja Rubik 3. Lupita Nyong’o
Men: 1. Douglas Booth 2. Michael B. Jordan 3. Robert Pattinson
Lupita Nyong’o in J. Mendel. My runners-up are Diane Kruger and Michelle Jenner. And my best dressed man is Michael B. Jordan.
Wow. This is one of the best weeks we’ve had in a long time! So hard to choose.
Torn between Miley, Anja, Sandra and both of Diane’s looks!
Without the slightest doubt, Padma Lakshmi for me. I adore her Naeem Khan gown, the colourful print, the ethnic feel of it (big fan).
In menswear, voting for Chris Hemsworth for the subtle combination of colours and textures in deep autumnal hues – I like the subtly contrasting dark rich red velvet waistcoat against the maroon suit.
Also loved Peter’s gorgeous velvet jacket (wish he hadn’t worn the necklace), Michael B. Jordan looked very sharp and impeccable, and Tom looking good as always.
Fan Bingbing in Chris by Christopher Bu & Peter Facinelli in Armani.
Great week — several fine and interesting looks.
Despite all the lovely colors and prints, not to mention Anja Rubik’s gorgeous gown, I am drawn to Sandra Bullock in her LBD.
Michael B. Jordan got my vote for best-dressed man—so sharp! — with Chris Hemsworth a very close runner-up.
I voted for Sandra Bullock. My runners-up are Natalie Portman and Miley Cyrus.
In the men’s poll I voted for Douglas Booth. My runners-up are Chris Hemsworth and Michael B. Jordan.
I cannot believe my own fingers as I type this: I voted for Miley….OVER Diane Kruger.
What’s the world coming to??
Emmy followed by Diane and the cheeky Anja.
As for the men, Michael all the way.
I voted for Michael also. I don’t even know who he is, but I need no convincing that he deserves it. Awesome suit-perfect fit. Really impeccable.
Michael B. Jordon played Oscar Grant in the film Fruitvale Station, to rave reviews. The Oscars this year will be very interesting, both on and off the red carpet.
Maybe it’s my inner patriot acting, but Anja Rubik scored a place on my BDOTY list with this look. I tend to find Elie Saab gowns rather repetitive (albeit beutiful), but thanks to Anja’s smile and supermodel presence I find it more than just another embellished dress.
I am probably the only one who didn’t like Anja but i felt it was dull and dated and the color didn’t do her any favor.
I was torn between Padma,Lupita and Fan but i voted the latest(who i usually don’t love) because it was difficult to wear and she nailed it (the overcoat and the 2 floaty bangs sale it to me.
For the men Chris Hemsworth all the way. Beautiful colors and tailoring.
So much great fashion this week, great coverage as always.
Lupita, Padma, Fan, both of Diane’s,Emmy and Michelle were my favorites. Anja’s could have been if it weren’t sheer. Tom Hiddleston was BDMOTW for me.
