Ahna O’Reilly joined Jessica Alba at the Who What Wear and Cadillac’s 50 Most Fashionable Women of 2013 event, hosted yesterday evening at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California.

The actress was feeling blue in her deep cerulean, silver and black Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2014 dress that featured a mixed scroll-print pattern and plunging bodice with bandeau bralette detail.

She accessorized simply with a light dusting of jewels, including rings and Melinda Maria Matchstick earrings, along with black, ankle-strap sandals.

While her blue smokey eye beautifully picked up the shades of the dress, I would have preferred to see her flame-red locks in an updo on this occasion.
