Naomie Harris In Calvin Klein – ELLE’s 20th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration

Naomie Harris In Calvin Klein - ELLE's 20th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration

Naomie Harris attended ELLE’s 20th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration held at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening as an honouree alongside Marion Cotillard and Reese Witherspoon who were also honoured at the event.

The British actress, who was front row at Calvin Klein’s Spring 2014 show, wore an ivory-and-black mesh-threaded cocktail dress with fringed layers and a square neckline from the same collection.

It’s quite an unusual, shapeless dress, yet I find myself being totally charmed by it. That could have a lot to do with Naomie’s effortless styling and flawless makeup.

It’s not a great dress by any stretch but she looks good.

I hated this on the runway, but somehow on her, it works.

I don’t really like the dress, but she makes it work somehow.

Same. Don’t care for the dress but it works quite well on her figure and against her skin tone, and she wears it with ease.

This looks like pieces of mops sewn together. This dress is ugly to me. I applaud her for trying to wear something unusual but I don’t like it.

It looks like she’s wearing ill fitting carpeting to me, but gosh her face is so gorgeous.

Absolutely gorgeous dress and shape on her! Love a bit of fringing, and this is super chic! Actually think it looks so much better on her than the model!

Maybe if I saw this dress in motion I would like it, but as it hangs it looks heavy, saggy and lifeless. I think the reason why Gwen’s fringed Ferragamo worked so well was because it was an uncomplicated design when it laid flat. It didn’t add bulk (both visual and actual) like this does

Agree! It’s like a shredded black and white garbage bag! I usually am a big fan of Naomie’s, but this dress hides her body, and hangs shapelessly.

As usual, love her no matter what she wears.

She should’ve shimmied on the red carpet like Gwen did at that Ferragamo event!

Hope she gets recognized for her role in the Mandela biopic (also to see her red carpet choices as well)!

I like the dress too. She is rocking it!

    This is different and beautiful.
I’ve come to LOVE her style.
