Uma Thurman In Etro – Lumière 2013

Uma Thurman In Etro - Lumière 2013, Grand Lyon Film Festival

Uma Thurman attended the ‘Lumière 2013, Grand Lyon Film Festival’ in Lyon, France on Friday, where she presented Quentin Tarantino with the prestigious Prix Lumière Prize.

The actress, who has starred in three of Tarantino’s movies – ‘Pulp Fiction’ and ‘Kill Bill: Volumes 1 & 2′ – wore an Etro silk dress from the Fall 2013 collection.

Her elegant split-sleeve multicoloured gown with geometric and paisley motifs features a nipped-in waist accented with crystal embellishments.

As we know, Uma loves to wear flats on the red carpet, but on this rare occasion she wore black strappy sandals, with gold jewels and a black clutch also accessorizing her exotic-print frock.

Do you like Uma’s global-chic approach on this occasion?

The gown is beautiful, love the interesting vibrant motifs. the exotic feel of it, and she has stature to show it off. Could’ve done w/o the necklace but it don’t really mind it. Elegant yet exciting, I like it.

I like the dress, it’s giving me some special vibes, but sadly it’s not the most flattering for anyones boops.

I really like this. I like the dress, her hair and makeup. I can take or leave the necklace. I love her height and grandeur. Thankfully she stays away from fussy girly looks and dresses like the grown up goddess she is.

The print should be solid black in the middle of the skirt, maybe that would save it. Overall I don’t feel this look.

It’s a bit…cheap looking. not in style, but the colors should be richer. Then the print would work better, I think. I’m not feeling a lot of energy from her.
