Elizabeth Olsen In Chloé – ‘Romeo And Juliet’ Off Broadway Opening Night

Elizabeth Olsen In Chloé - 'Romeo And Juliet' Off Broadway Opening Night

Elizabeth Olsen was spotted at the after party for the ‘Romeo and Juliet’ Off Broadway opening night production at Pangea in New York City yesterday.

The young starlet, who has taken on the lead female role in the production, switched from her Juliet threads to a style-forward ensemble.

She played with proportions in an oversized Chloé Resort 2014 long black top worn under a sweater that was fluffy with tufts of ballet-pink, cotton-ball-like embellishment.

Black skinny pants from The Row and a pair of plain black pumps, which could have been more inspired, finished out the quirky-casual look, as did a pretty magenta lippie and centre-parted waves.

For me Elizabeth is extremely chic, minimal and cool; and I appriciate the fact that Lizzie always wear The Row.

I can’t imagine why she always dresses so frumpy and aging. Oh, wait, this is an OLSEN, we’re talking about.

I’m in the minority. I like this. It’s chic for me. A great take on the sweater over the blouse that people always wear. She let the sweater become the statement piece. I like it. 🙂

Well I like it more and more everytime I see it :). I think from up close would look much better!

    I don’t hate it…it has character…
Is it me or she looks older than her age??? In general I mean. She is very beautiful but she is doesn’t look fresh…

It’s a shame she doesn’t dress better…I think she is beautiful and by far the most interesting of all her sisters!

I agree. There is nothing stunning about this look. Its too confusing. The left hand side model looks way better with the palazzo-styled pants.. I feel if Olsen was the star of the day since it was the after party of a movie she is in, she should’ve been dressed wayyy more sophisticated, chic and jaw dropping!

Horrible. I have nothing good to say about this.

+1 what is with this family and the comically (at best!) oversized clothes?!

I love MK and Ashley’s (specially) style. Elizabeth dresses nicely too, IMO. Different than most actresses. I’d take this over sparkly dresses or something like that tbh 🙂

I used to hope that she would take a different sartorial route than her sisters. Seemingly not.
