Michelle Pfeiffer In Alexander McQueen – ‘Malavita – The Family’ Berlin Premiere

Michelle Pfeiffer In Alexander McQueen - 'Malavita - The Family' Berlin Premiere

Michelle Pfeiffer joined Dianna Agron on the red carpet at the ‘Malavita – The Family’ Berlin premiere at Kino in der Kulturbrauerei in Germany on Tuesday.

The actress suited up in an Alexander McQueen Fall 2013 ensemble, indulging in the opulence of a gold-lattice-embroidered jacket and high-waisted black pants.

A crisp white, collared Victorian-style blouse contributed to the structured aesthetic, but was considerably less Elizabethan than the ruffled lookbook version.

The flash of a few Rona Pfeiffer jewels, as well as a half-up, half-down ‘do completed her look.

Too mannish or wonderfully modish?

I usually don’t rate her style much but but I think she looks fantastic here, so classy and interesting. I wish the trousers were hemmed an inch though.

    BDOTW for me so far…

She looks good! However i love the ruffles on the collar, might be too mich for her. i also dont like the trousers bury the shoe look. Wear mentalic colored shoes to contrast the blk trousers

I would prefer the pants to be 1 inch shorter but i don’t really mind because except she looks great. It is the elegant definition of ‘I’m not going to try hard but i’m also not going to be upstaged’.

She is so classy. I am not a huge fan of the high-waisted pants, but this looks fabulous on her. She looks sophisticated and powerful all at once. Gorgeous.

Loving it from head to toe.
Giving all the young actresses a run for their money.

LOVE masculine looks on a woman, and I am glad she doesn’t try desperately to dress like a 20yo: High class!

This pants outfit looks 1000x better than I her Roberto Cavalli/Steven Tyler look she wore before. I love everything from the waist up. The pants are too long but other than that I love it especially the jacket.

woulde prefer less high waisted pants and better hair, then I wld love this is ok,but not great

I like everything but the hair.

I adore the lookbook version–although I don’t think this could have been pulled off on the RC without looking (just a little bit) clownish. Not a fan of either look in the shoe department.

Love it. She looks so sophisticated and fabulous.

This is perfection. She looks chic, sexy and a little dangerous. She always manages to look so interesting on the red Carpenter and I love it. So far this is my look of the week.

Everything is good except the high waisted pants – hate them.

    Lookbook wins for me.

I love this look. she looks 8ft tall.

  18. Nat39 October 16, 2013 at 02:12 #

The high-waisted pants are a bit too much but love it otherwise, and I love the lookbook presentation more.

    • Nat39 October 16, 2013 at 20:54 #

…I think she needed to button the jacket with the pants being this high-waisted.

This is so slick. She has been doing great things with masculine looks lately. The fit of the pants, the smouldering gaze, this is the Michelle I remember from her sex icon days.

I totally agree! Your statement reminded me that this is *the* Catwoman. She knows she’s amazing and is dressing the way she wants, without any pretentiousness. She looks regal.

it’s so fresh imo. BDOTW contender.

I LOVE THIS LOOK! Age appropriate yet modern at the same time. I’m glad she opted for a different top and can appreciate what looks like (at least from this picture) an A+ on the tailoring.

      +1 Michelle Pfeiffer forever!!!

I don’t know why but I like this look on her.

    • Christine October 16, 2013 at 04:36 #

Me too. The jacket really make the look.
