Best Dressed Of The Week, Blog
Clémence Poésy in Chanel Couture.
Quite a slow week. Have a nice weekend, FC!
I think there are better looks than most of the ones displayed here. Regardless, I’m going for Emmy Rosum
What about the guys???
Honestly, the only guy I recall from the whole week was Swizz Beatz. And actually he did look so good, I’m mentally awarding him BDMOTW. No poll needed.
Yes, he was the only guy featured this week.
Joanne Froggat was my fave, she simply looked amazing in her beautiful, sexy colour-blocked dress, she wore it so beautifully. Emmy Rossum and Emma Watson – 2nd/3rd.
Ah! This makes things easier. I thought I would have to choose between Emmy Rossum and Tilda Swinton!
Emmy it is, with Jessica Alba as my runner-up.
Hats off to Sonam for managing to pull off that absurd dress without herself looking silly,…
to Joanne for showing us that a Herve Leger dress can look sharp and classy, …
and to Lena Dunham for giving us a nice (though not really poll-worthy) look this week.
I agree that Lena deserves an honorable mention for her first ever good look on the site. Yay!
I’m all for Angie Harmon in Valentino, a beautiful dress and shoes and she looks radiant.
Emmy Rossum in Jenny Packham. Emma Watson – runner-up.
Not on this poll, I loved Sandra Bullock in the white-hot Giambattista Valli, and Keirnan Shipka in Emporio Armani.
On the poll, I REALLY liked Emmy, except did feel that her makeup was unnecessarily heavy. I also thought Chi-Ling was stunning, but not feeling the earrings. So I had to give it to Jessica Alba. I was quite taken with her evening skirt and white blouse combo. Very chic kind of glamour.
Jessica Alba, followed by Clémence Poésy – they were the only ones that really stood out here.
Some weeks it is almost stressful trying to pick just one. This is not one of those weeks. Emmy Rossum for me. I actually disliked more than half of the looks in this week’s poll. That’s just not normal, celebs!
Is it me or there were some better looks than these this week?
Yes, there were I’m afraid. Don’t get what Olivia is doing here, either. Anyway Emmy, with her perfect look wins this for me.
I prefer Emma Watson.
Clemence all the way – for taking a couture piece and making it look just like another jacket. Her laid back style always does it for me!
Still, I hope you had included Tilda Swinton or/and Dakota Fanning here
Where’s Miranda Kerr in all of this..??
I thought she looks gorgeous!!
Chloe Moretz & Julianne Moore?
Yes Chloe and Julianne were great.
My favourite was Joanne Froggat. I think the shoes that she chose go really well with the dress. I also liked Clemence Poesy’s white jacket and Emmy Rossum’s look.
Emma! Looks gorgeous!
Missing Penelope Cruz here. However, I’ll go with the lovely Chi-Ling-Lin and Emmy Rossum. Shout-out to Emma Watson. That’s all.
