Olivia Palermo attended the opening of Stuart Weitzman’s Milanese flagship store – which was designed by the architect Zaha Hadid – as part of Milan Fashion Week in Milan, Italy on Thursday.
The socialite selected a high-street look, wearing a Whistles ‘Izzey’ giraffe-print bodycon dress.
Not afraid to mix her prints, she added Stuart Weitzman ‘Loops’ strappy sandal booties in merlot-hued faux python.
A selection of other dress-enhancing accessories including gold cuffs, a metal-link belt, a gold choker and a black fringed clutch completed her look.
Some of you have said that Olivia has a tendency to over accessorize.
Do you feel that this is the case here?

I like this
Lose the bracelets and it’s a great look!
Agreed.
The only thing that is overboard about this look is that print. There’s rarely a case of over accessorizing for me mainly because I love it in ample amounts. (It adds character) Now animal prints as heavy as this…that’s another story. If she likes accessories that much, she should have chosen a less intense outfit.
I am not a fan of animal prints, but I like this very much and I think it is because of the accessories. The only thing I would ditch is the choker. I really like this look!
She could have worn one bracelet and no necklace.
I love everything about this outfit apart from the jewelery.
She really didn’t need the jewellery but the shoes are fabulous.
Olivia needs to follow the advice of the great Coco Chanel:
“Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take one thing off.”
Because she always has too much going on! If she toned down the accessories I would love her style a lot more!
My thoughts exactly. In this case I would have taken off the largest cuff, for sure, and probably the necklace too. Also, she looks so shiny, and I really didn’t understand her shoe choice.
I only like the booties.
If she lost the cuffs and necklace this would look a lot better and let the dress speak for itself. Not a great fan of the giraffe print.
Yeah she went overboard with the accessories. The belt wasn’t needed. I think one cuff was enough.
I wouldn’t like this dress and her styling doesn’t convince me otherwise.
The make up is a fail and there’s too much going on here ! The cuffs and the necklace were not necessary.
I like the dress but I agree with your comment.
I think she could have lost the bracelets and looked better. The other accessories I have no problem with.
