Crystal Reed In Carolina Herrera – BAFTA LA TV Tea Party 2013

Crystal Reed In Carolina Herrera - BAFTA Los Angeles TV Tea 2013

Crystal Reed attended the BAFTA LA TV Tea Party 2013 presented by BBC America and Audi held at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening.

The ‘Teen Wolf’ actress maybe a relative red carpet newbie, but she seems to have developed a love for all things Carolina Herrera. This is her third look by the designer within a month.

She wore a navy pre-Fall 2013 wave pattern jacquard party dress featuring grosgrain bow-accented straps, a high squared neck, a drop waist, and pleating at the skirt. The look was styled with black pumps.

You may remember that the First Lady, Michelle Obama, wore this same dress back in June.

I prefer it on Mrs Obama. The pattern and colors don’t work for Reed – sort of looks like it’s weighing her down. It’s one of those dresses that require the wearer to be really tall or have a certain body type to really pull off–

I like this dress on both ladies.

Absolute perfection. It was too playful for the First Lady, but works beautifully on Crystal.

The Carolina Herrera-Crystal Reed relationship seems awesome, this dress is perfection and I think nothing could be better for an event lkke this.

  • Linda

I adore these tea party looks! This is another beautiful look.

  • Christine

I am liking the relationship developing between them. She looks good. Love this dress on her more than Obama.

  • Alina

Lovely! This dress works better for her than it did for Michelle Obama.

ITA. Liked on Mrs. O, but the bows were a bit too young and playful for her.

        Agree completely.

  • Dorothy

I liked the dress back when Michelle Obama wore it, but I remember a lot of readers saying it should be on someone younger. Well, Reed is younger and I still love the dress, so this gets a thumbs up from me.
