Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Emilio Pucci – ‘Enough Said’ New York Premiere

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Emilio Pucci - ‘Enough Said’ New York Premiere

Julia Louis-Dreyfus joined Toni Collette and Eve Hewson on the red carpet at the Paris Theater on Monday evening for the ‘Enough Said’ New York screening.

I’m not really a fan of Julia’s style as on occasion I think she dresses too matronly; however, she took things up several notches with this Emilio Pucci Fall 2013 black long-sleeved frock with a slashed neckline, sheer panel at the hip and side slit.

This is how to do sexy without being too revealing. I would love to see her mix things up like this on occasion from now on.

The simple styling was perfect for this look, with python Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps and Lorraine Schwartz 18k yellow-gold large rose-cut oval diamond earrings, with light makeup and a centre-parted updo completing her look.

Although she looks nice…. this is such a deja vu look.

De ja vue, don’t like the slash on the hip, the neckline is odd…meh.

I like it very much, I do think it looks better on her than on the model in the runaway.

I dont like the hair styling and I would prefer the slash on the hip a bit less covered, like on the runaway. Love the cluth and shoes neverthless.

    She looks good.

I’ll give this a pass on the runway, where the sheerer parts contrast more with the lined bits and it is worn a bit more fiercely. Julia’s styling is too tame and just not exceptionally enough to have yet another black cut-out dress.

The dress is fab, and I love the shoes, but the hair is a little school marm-ish

I think the whole effect reads a bit dour.

Ooh–this is sadly boring. She is such a pretty woman with a great figure–see her in Veep, sh looks great. She can look so much better than this fade-into-the-woodwork black ensemble.

Julia just isn’t a Pucci kinda girl. As evidenced by the fact that she covered the hip slash up, which is part of what keeps this look from being uber boring. And I actually like it less from the back. Sorry, Julia.
