Gwyneth Paltrow In Lanvin – ‘Thanks for Sharing’ LA Premiere

Gwyneth Paltrow In Lanvin - 'Thanks for Sharing' LA Premiere

Gwyneth Paltrow attended the premiere of ‘Thanks For Sharing’ held at ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.

Not relying on her red carpet go-to dress – a mini dress – the actress wore a white scoop-neck fit-and-flare dress from Lanvin’s Resort 2014 collection.

Her pocketed below-the-knee frock was styled with some fancy footwear courtesy of Nicholas Kirkwood and a rare pop of colour to the lips.

Apart from the hair, this is a very unexpected look from Gwynnie and I love it. I wouldn’t add or take away a thing from this elegant, pure look.

super unflattering in the hip area. her figure is completely lost in this dress. I do not like the red lip wither, its too harsh and I would have preferred a colorful shoe as well. Overall its a miss.

Ugh. There is nothing I like about this look. The dress is matronly, the shoes are ‘meh’, and for the love of god, when will she part her hair on the side – and stop the flat ironing??? Really that hair is the worst.

Perfect! Simplicity at its best. I ADORE her makeup here.

    Perfection. Im floored by this

I love this too! It’s so refreshing. Even though she has been looking so great, this is so classy. I love everything about it, but her makeup. It looks much heavier than I’ve noticed before. This proves that classic is the BEST style!

Although the hair is the same old boring hair, I still think that she looks amazing. In fact, BDOTW worthy.

Yes. She’s not my favorite person, so I can ocjectively say she looks great. Tired of the hair, but she’s totally selling this look with her perfect styling. I also find this to be BDOTW worthy.

Well, I’m the minority here but I don’t quite like it. The dress is not that great to begin with specially with that casual almost cheap loking scoop neckline. I also find the red lips a bit too harsh for this minimalist look and I miss accessories of any kind.
I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s a miss because overall she looks beautiful but it could’ve been better.

      +1. Underwhelmed…

I agree. The dress doesn’t quite work and neither does the styling. It’s not a fail, but it’s not lighting up my day either.

I actually find this quite a typical GP look, clear lines, white, no fussy accessories. It’s nothing spectacular, but it works. I’m getting a bit tired of these simple across-the-front straps sandals, but they look really lovely in profile.

She looks nice. I like the dress.

Beautiful dress and it looks lovely on her. I find her makeup a little harsh and cakey.

    She looks gorgeous!

I love this look. Her hair seems a bit flat as usual but she looks elegant. It’s simple without being basic

A really fresh, clean and pretty look from GP. I adore the shoes and the colorful lippie. I’m so glad she didn’t bog this down with jewelry; I think it would have complicated the easy look.
