Cat Deeley In Badgley Mischka - 2013 Creative Arts Emmy Awards

Cat Deeley also attended the 2013 Creative Arts Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in California yesterday evening.

The host looked absolutely stunning wearing a side slit ivory Badgley Mischka Fall 2013 gown teamed with Jimmy Choo gold sandals and clutch which complemented the gold embellishments on her gown plus OTT earrings.

She kept her blonde hair loose and sleek with subtle makeup completing her look.

Before headed to the Nokia Theatre, Cat hilarious posted a picture on instagram eating with her white gown wrapped in a blanket saying, “Pre Emmy’s snack….. Apparently NOT to be trusted in a white dress!”

My initial reaction would have been “hair up, please,” but the clutch is pretty relaxed so I guess it works. It’s fairly simple, but it’s almost got to be to make the one-shoulder work.

A beautiful sexy look, the silhouette is lean and sleek, works beautifully on her figure. Her sleek hairstyle goes perfectly with the gown and still allows to show off the statement earrings which I think provide a good finishing accent. The gold sandals are a very good choice, not entirely sold on the clutch but it’s fine. It’s a good look, thumbs up from me.

I’m not jumping up and down for this effort. She looks nice, but not memorable, and the styling could be better, though I don’t mind the hair.

Not loving it. The dress is dated and a little cheesy–the one-shoulder, slit thing seems like we’ve seen it a million times. Her styling is great, though, and I love the Instagram pic!
