Alexandra Roach In Alberta Ferretti – ‘One Chance’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Alexandra Roach In Alberta Ferretti - 'One Chance' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Alexandra Roach attended the ‘One Chance’ premiere during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival held at the Winter Garden Theatre yesterday evening in Toronto, Canada.

The Welsh actress, who played the young Margaret Thatcher in ‘The Iron Lady’, wore an Alberta Ferretti white crepe jacket with a black velvet bow and scalloped high-low hem, which was paired with a black, siren Mikado silk skirt from the Fall 2013 collection.

My issues with this look are two-fold.

Firstly, the skirt needed to sit higher up to prevent her belly showing and secondly, this dress was worn exactly two weeks ago by Clotilde Courau during Venice Film Festival.

It’s strange (baffling) how it can be loaned out again so quickly when worn by someone so high profile.

My reaction to this is, why was there no plan B?

Let’s assume that Clotilde owns the dress and only this time it was loaned :)
And yes, it’s a wrong look for Alexandra.

Looked classy and beautiful on Clotilde Courau. I don’t like it at all on Alexandra.

Not the right dress for her.

This is a pretty ugly dress to begin with so I don’t understand how more than 0 people would want to wear it. There is no saving grace for this look on Alexandra either.

Maybe her stylist is new to the game and didn’t do their homework. Or she could’ve dressed herself. Either way, you’re totally right FC, there should’ve been a Plan B. And this doesn’t look good on her.

Just unfortunate in both regards, that she couldn’t have pulled up the skirt a bit, and that Clotide looked so stunning in comparison.
