Katie Aselton In Wes Gordon – ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’ and ‘The League’ Premiere & Launch Party

Katie Aselton In Wes Gordon - 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' and 'The League' Premiere & Launch Party

Katie Aselton attended the premiere and launch party for FX Network’s ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’ and ‘The League’ at Lure in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.

You can never predict what the actress is going to wear next and that is what I love most about her style.

Working an ‘I’m with the band’ sexy rock-chic look (which wouldn’t look out of place on Kate Moss’), Katie wore a Wes Gordon Fall 2012 look featuring a scoop-neck chainmail embroidered tank top with silk-tulle-veiled metal-embroidered pants.

Opting to sweep the hair back off her shoulders was a softer way of working a slicked back look, with kohl-rimmed eyes giving more edge to her look.

Those metallic-silver Rupert Sanderson ‘Moiki’ pumps get their second red carpet run out following Ellie Goulding, proving that these heels may just be the must-have shoe for fall.

The top, the pants, the shoes : awful !

The shoes don’t work for me here… From the ankles up, this is a great look, even if I would have added a clutch.

Her braless saggy twins and hideous shoes completely killed any chance this look might had to work.

Way too much going on here. Separately, I like the top and the pants. But together, and with the addition of the shoes, she’s like a walking disco ball.

I really wish she’d kept the way the pants are presented on the model with the sharp top that adds some structure to the look. Her tank top is just droopy and does nothing for the look. The shiny silver shoes aren’t working for me either, a bit too much shine and sparkle.

      Agree on all points.

True. But I do think she looks the best-maybe ever-from the neck up.

I love the outfit but the shoes may be too much.

    I like the top.

Yes to the pants, maybe to the top and no to the shoes. A bra might have made a nice difference.

The shoes are so wrong. Everything else is fine, she pulls it off.

She pulls this look off, albeit a hard look to pull off for an actress. Maybe a bra but in other pictures it looks like a bra wouldn’t have worked. It’s a cool take on the tank and leather pant look. I like the shoes but would have preferred in black leather cus the silver is too bright. Aside from that I love it.

Those shoes wouldn’t have been my first choice but I think she looks good.

    Not liking this look

I like both look book looks, but not Katie’s combination. And I hate her shoe choice even more than Rebecca’s (yeah, really).
