Catalina Sandino Moreno attended the ‘Medeas’ photocall during the 2013 Venice Film Festival held at the Palazzo del Casino in Venice, Italy yesterday afternoon.
The Colombian actress looked beautiful wearing a green Emilio Pucci Resort 2014 long-sleeved silk-cady dress with a plunging neckline, a gold accent at the waist, and a slit in the skirt showcasing her Just Fab gold-and-nude ankle-strap sandals.
I love the colour against her olive skin tone and chestnut-hued wavy tresses. This look may be considered too sexy for a photocall, but something is desperately needed to shake this festival alive because I am already over this festival and looking forward to Toronto Film Festival which starts at the end of this week.

She looks so beautiful and it’s so refreshing to see this shade of green on the RC that I won’t even complain about the clashing metals. BDOTW-worthy.
I love the colour and am glad someone went for high glamour as there’s not been much this year.
I really like this, h2t, and after looking at Eva Riccobono, this is the life I’m missing from her. Catalina knows how to sell it, but w/o looking like she’s trying–it’s called ‘presence’. BDOTW?
What a beautiful, regal look. Everything is attention-grabbing yet perfectly coordinated. I love the color, the hair & makeup, the shoes, the jewelry.
Everything is well put-together but I can’t help feeling like this dress is cheap. I don’t care that it’s designer, the material just doesn’t look worth the money I’m sure it’s priced at.
Should have saved this for the premiere.
THAT COLOUR!
Wow, just wow!
I agree about the color looking good on her, but the dress is so old fashioned and over done, and the styling is haphazard. Thumbs down for me. The only think I like is her shoes.
It feels old-fashioned indeed and def. too much for the photocall, although overall I don’t mind it much, it’s fine. Love the sandals too.
I agree with both of you.
FINALLY, someone who is giving a movie star moment to this festival, can’t believe how boring it has been. I hope best things for the premiere.
I do love the color of this gown, but I’m not a fan of the design.
Ditto. I also don’t like the gold accent at the waist.
Finally! She looks amazing. I don’t like the earrings, but it’s such a relief to see a glamourous diva look like this! This festival was boring me to death.
Just gorgeous. I believe this is a nominee for BDOTW.
She looks amazing!
I love the colors
The only thing that puts me off this beautiful look is the clash between the earrings and the brooch and ring. Go with the gold i reckon!
Yup, not feeling the earrings (and the shoes) either. I had lost sight of her for a few years and it’s great to see her this beautiful. Having said that, while I agree about the glamour levels at this festival this far, I’d prefer an edgy, interesting day-look over going all out for a photocall.
