Lily Collins In Zuhair Murad – ‘The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones’ Norway Premiere

Following her all black look at ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ Oslo photocall earlier on Friday, Lily Collins attended the premiere later that evening.

Part of the ceremony including her pushing her handprints into the fresh concrete outside the cinema in Fredrikstad, Norway.

She wore a long sleeve nude silk dress featuring a pattern of black beadwork with floral detail at the neck and hip from the Zuhair Murad Resort 2014 collection.

Black Louboutin pumps completed her look.

    She tries too hard

She managed to make such a loud dress look blah.

She is not selling this look either.

On the model it looks stylish, but on Lily the length of dress makes her look a lot shorter. It would also be better if she put her hair up, and wore a heeled sandal…

Mature and uninspiring esp. with the conservative length and her dull styling – a slightly shorter above-the-knee length, sexy sandal and sleek ‘do would’ve helped.

There is a full shot on justjared now

Here is a full length picture
    I love this dress !

Yes, thanks. I had just seen the pictures uploaded on a different agency and have come back to update

Once again she wears clothing that is too mature and styles it wrongly. The model looks fab because of the styling but Lily just falls short. I do not know why her stylist insists on doing these dramatic looks that Lily simply cannot pull off.

I wished we could see the look properly, but I like the dress.

There are some good photos of her if you search “Fredrikstad Kino” on facebook. They have a lot more than the newspapers:-)

Thanks….I found some full-length on another agency.

Yay!! Thanks for the wonderful, updated pics, FC. I just love this dress, so I’m very excited to see it properly. You always go the extra mile.

I love it. Wish there was a full length photo though. I am liking the half body pic. 🙂

Finally! I was waiting for a Zuhair dress for one of the premieres.

there is one other photo from the event so far, still not full body though

    • KatieKate August 24, 2013 at 16:38 #

Thank you for that b/c I am loving this dress! I would have been so happy had she pulled her hair back/up, but otherwise I find this lovely. What a dynamic dress, and from what I can tell, she looks great in it. I know there’s a slim to nil chance of this getting into BDOTW, but I think I like it that much!

I don’t really like the dress, but it works on the model because of her figure, great shoes and sleek updo.
From what I can see, Lily didn’t opt for interesting shoes and her hairstyle doesn’t meet my expectation.

    • kane August 24, 2013 at 13:04 #

I can get on board with that.

    • Alina August 25, 2013 at 07:08 #

Now that a full picture has appeared, I have to say it is just as I imagined it. Put aside her shoes and hairstyle, she’s NOT selling this dress at all.
