Pace Wu In Roland Mouret – ‘SuperStar C’

Pace Wu In Roland Mouret - 'SuperStar C'

Pace Wu was recently appointed as one of the judges of Chinese talent show ‘SuperStar C’ (C for China) which aired last week – I’m guessing this is China’s answer to Britain’s or America’s Got Talent.

The model/actress looked beyond stunning, wearing an expertly tailored Roland Mouret Pre-Fall 2013 bright-red dress showcasing the designer’s superior folding techniques with origami folds on the bodice and waist.

Metallic-gold Christian Louboutin ‘ Poseidon’ peep-toes, a gold bracelet and a red watch accessorized the look, with clean, simple makeup and a half-up, half-down hairstyle to polish off the look.

I know what you are thinking, I thought the same too – “She’s worn this before”.

Not quite. To the Design Group Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show back in April she wore a red dress from Mouret’s Spring 2013 collection with a totally different folding technique and central slit.

It would appear that Pace loves Roland’s chic, sexy fitted signature dresses. And who can blame her?

She looks beautiful and statuesque in this dress but I dislike the clunky shoes.

I might agree, but she could have given us much worse so I’ll give her a pass. She looks great!

I prefer this colour, but Iprefered jennifer aniston’s styling. I don’t like when half fo the hair is off the face, it shoudl either be a smaller amount, or all teh way up imo.

The half up/half down hair style can work really beautifully, but it has to be positioned correctly for the person’s face. In this case, it is too high and tight (in my opinion) and just makes her head look like a hard boiled egg. It would look better softer and closer to her ears. Gorgeous dress, tho.

You’re kinda right. But I do like this red version of the dress better than Jen’s plain black. And as for Pace’s other RM dress, the cut of it looked better on FC in her Oscar gown, IMO.

Love it – she looks like she’s 6 feet tall and owning it.

Other celebs need to take notes from Pace, especially on the shoe department! I bet many of them would have picked black pumps and of course that would weigh down the look, not Pace, her look screams perfection from head to toe!

She is wearing the red version of the dress Jennifer Aniston worn to Jimmy Kimmel or Fallon show.

Fabulously stunning! I don’t have a problem with the hair. In fact I think it suits the structure of the dress. very sleek and modern. love this from h2t!

I know this is totally off topic, but I’ve always wondered why a show in China would be called, “Superstar C” (an example). Why isn’t the title in Chinese? Also I see that it’s written in English as well, (behind her). It’s so confusing to me.
