Vanessa Hudgens In Temperley London – WWE & E! Entertainment’s ‘SuperStars For Hope’ Event

Vanessa Hudgens In Temperley London - WWE & E! Entertainment's 'SuperStars For Hope' Event

Vanessa Hudgens had a great run promoting her latest movie, ‘Frozen Ground’, but it came to a screeching halt while attending the WWE & E! Entertainment’s ‘SuperStars For Hope’ event held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California yesterday evening.

Even with her long wavy tresses tied up into a braided updo, there is just too much going on here and she’s total overwhelmed by all the beautiful gold embroidery on her Temperley London long-sleeved black tea-length dress.

The look was styled with a black Edie Parker clutch and black Saint Laurent pumps.

Does this look work for you, or was the dress to overwhelming for her petite frame?

I love this dress, but I only like the pictures of her in it from behind, so I’m pretty sure it does not suit her, and certainly not with that hair. This dress needs a re-do on someone fabulous.

  • Sharon

Her hair looks like a birds nest, and there are almost as many colors in it as in the dress. A beautiful young woman who managed to overwhelm herself.

  • Stefane

I dont really think it works for her. But at least her hairs like that because of a movie shes filming

  • G

I like the look on her. She is trying something different and I think she’s working it. I like that her hair is up and her accessories are understated. good for her.

  • robbie

too much gold for my liking. make-up is perfect the rest not so much.

  • Anj

I actually really like the dress, but definitely on someone else who could pull off the length.

I absolutely hate that braid though. It’s way too big and looks cheap.

  • CreoleLady

Honestly, my first (second and third) thought — “what happened to her hair?”. And as I panned down the thought just became “what happened?!”.

  • Sarah

I actually think this look kind of works. Maybe her hair could have been better but the dress is gorgeous and I think she works it. She looks nice!

  • Betelgeuze

“It came to a screeching halt”… there never was anythig better formulated than that, lol. She’s only missing giant heavy golden earring and necklace, that would make it. I enjoyed her style lately but this gets a giant Times Square banner NO from me.

  • dee

The dress is enough of a statement. She didn’t need the braided do or heavy shoes. A delicate shoe and simple hairdo whould have been sufficient.

  • Kowla

I think she’s beautiful. The dress, the hair everthing look good. The dresse is, yes, overwhelmed but I think that’s why she decided to keep it simple on the acessorize …

It’s a great look, and she do maintains her bohemian style reputation you know …

  • ash

what a mess… her hair looks awful, the length of her dress is awkward too.

    • Christine

This is all too much. +1

  • jokebetweenthetrees

Jeez, scary. This is not good. This look should be left for Stevie Nicks!

  • Jolene

What a royal mess! The hair, the make up, those ugly shoes. Oh dear…

  • kane

I can’t get past the hair.

    • Marybeth

      Nor I.
It was bad enough when she lightened her glorious black locks to a dark brown, but this?
      Absolutely hideous.

    • admmgz

      I agree

  • Iva

    Not liking this.
The dress itself is not bad, but not on her. Everything else – the hair and the shoes – is a mess.
Pity, since lately she’s been giving us some pretty interesting looks.
