Rachel McAdams In Saint Laurent – ‘About Time’ Munich Screening

Rachel McAdams In Saint Laurent - 'About Time' Munich Screening

On Saturday evening Rachel McAdams attended a special screening of her latest movie, ‘About Time’, held at the Kino am Olympiasee in Munich, Germany.

She wore a Saint Laurent Resort 2014 dress with a mini dress, halter link-chain neckline and a cut-out above the waist.

The dress is considerably more daring than the Roksanda Ilincic ensemble she wore in London, and a far cry away from the style of dresses we are used to seeing worn by the actress, yet she wears it well and with purpose.

Black Saint Laurent ‘Janis’ Mary Jane pumps, an Hermes cuff and a few other gold accessories were added to her simple, sexy, youthful look, with a beehive bouffant providing the finishing touches.

I much prefer the London premiere look, but I love how this look shows some versatility.

I love this. Being a black dress it might be far less of a stand-out then the floor-length, all-white affair the other day, but I find it a bit more interesting and (from what I can see) more successful in its execution.

+2. I didn’t even think the other look was that great. Far from BDOTW. This however is exciting and sexy.

She can wear anything, but I really don’t like this dress. Don’t like the cascade in the rear or how bare the top is, and it isn’t because I am a prude, I just think the dress is tacky. But…she almost sells it to me. Hair and makeup are perfection.

I don’t like this; it’s too much. Her dress is too short. With so much skin at the top, this should’ve been a long gown. I’m also not really a fan of the top either. That bun is also the size of her head.

Those Mary Janes are just about killing this whole look for me.

Wow, talk about sexy with class. She looks like a glam bond girl, love the hair. Great look.

Love on the model. Probably she needs longer train or a tan.

I too like this more than the white gown the other day. She’s giving me such an Emma Stone-vibe here, I guess it has something to do with the hair color…

Oh no, this isn’t a good look for Rachel, the dress doesn’t suit her, give it to someone younger to wear at some teens music awards – the skirt is too young and girly for her in both length and cut, the top and the mullet are tacky, and her styling is way off – that glamourous bouffant is just a no, way too much and does not belong with this little sexy/tacky dress, the mary janes aren’t right either. The dress is too young for her, and the styling is wrong, this doesn’t look good, fail for Rachel.

She’s so beautiful and classy, she can pull off this look without looking tacky. Hair and makeup are perfection- I would only change the shoes, I think strappy sandals would have been a better choice.

This dress is not particularly great. I don’t care for the shoes either.

I love Rachel, I love Mary Janes and I like black dresses, but I really dislike this look. From the neck up, she’s lovely.

Can’t say I like the tail hang down the back, but the front is a unique neckline which I really like
