Alexandra Daddario In Diane von Furstenberg – ‘Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters’ LA Premiere

Alexandra Daddario In Diane von Furstenberg - 'Percy Jackson Sea Of Monsters' LA Premiere

Alexandra Daddario brought a blue crush to the red carpet for the ‘Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters’ Los Angeles premiere, held yesterday at The Americana at Brand in California.

The actress donned a pretty Diane von Furstenberg Resort 2014 dress, patterned in a sky-blue, mini-orchid motif and accented with navy sheer paneling and a flutter sleeve.

The design was effortless and feminine—and a fresh spin off the iconic wrap dress. But what really transformed the look from standard to special was that it matched Alexandra’s crystal-blue eyes. A sleek updo would have intensified the effect.

Jimmy Choo’s suede-grey ‘Award’ pumps, topped off with a croc toe cap, translated as a bit heavy and wouldn’t have been my first choice for this breezy frock.

This looks so pretty on her, especially, as you said, with her beautiful baby blues. I also kind of wish she would have worn her hair back off of the sheer inset detailing at the neckline. But her hair looks good down, so I don’t mind too much. The shoes, on the other hand are a NO.

She looks ok. not fond of the shoes.

I can’t see anything but those eyes. Damn, they’re gorgeous!

Nice dress, goes perfectly with the eyes indeed, but she’s not really ‘rocking’ this otherwise.

Her eyes are stunning! I like the dress, but the choice of footwear is blah. I’m also a big believer in posture affecting an outfit, and Alexandra’s projects I’m-not-too-thrilled-to-be-here.

The dress is so pretty but she ruined it with the shoes.

Very pretty dress but agree the shoes are a problem. I would like to see Jennifer Aniston in dress like this! maybe not for a premier, but something lighter and less serious would be a nice break.
