Olivia Palermo was also turning heads at the screening of Summit Entertainment’s ‘RED 2′ film, hosted last Tuesday at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
The socialite wrapped up in a casual, Alexander Wang cotton-poplin handkerchief dress, tied and knotted to create some element of shape at the front. Of course, that’s only where her look started.
In true Olivia style, she lavished on the accessories, taking her hankie into tribal territory with a multi-colour, beaded collar neckpiece dangling with silver embellishment.
Matching tassel-festooned sandals added another layer of ethnic flavour. And, if I squint, her black-and-white envelope clutch could pass for a zebra print.
This isn’t the first time Olivia has done the tribal-trendy look. Perhaps her closet has been inspired by her work as a Maasai Project Ambassador in Kenya.
