Sandra Bullock gave us a red-flash at Comic-Con International 2013‘s ‘Gravity’ preview, hosted by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures at the San Diego Convention Center in California over the weekend.
The actress flaunted her figure in a sharply fitted, angular dress from Roland Mouret’s Fall 2013 collection with Giuseppe Zanotti black pumps.
The devil was in the details of this colour-blocked, crimson-and-navy sheath, with the folded precision of the origami-like bodice adding visual interest.
Petal-pink makeup tones and casually tossed waves softened the edges, but a loose updo would also have worked to lift the look, especially with the high neckline of the design.

The dress should hit above the knee, not on it. Her hair looked a little ratty but I like colorblocking of the dress
This should’ve been hemmed to above her knee.
Quite like the dress, am okay with black for the shoes, but they could have been more interesting. Not sure what happened (nor NOT happened) neck-up. No more time to style any of this?
It’s a cool dress, loving the colour and the original origami-like detailing, there is a bit of a sporty feel to it, so a sleek ponytail would’ve worked much better here, her loose hair interefering with the detailing on the dress brings the look down, the shoes could’ve been more inspiring.
ITA. Love the dress. It really is perfect on her. I second all the details Nat 39 pointed out. But, of course there’s a ‘but’….I also second the styling qualms.
Hair..a brush? a tease? some product? Somebody save that hair!!
Not liking her hair on this occasion. Ok look
She should’ve worn her hair up, but this is a boring look anyway.
I like the dress but not her styling !
She should have wore her hair up and some other shoes.
