Emily Blunt In Wes Gordon - Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures Preview Comic Con 2013

Among the crush of Comic-Con 2013‘s trending monochrome, Emily Blunt boldly stood out from the PYT pack at the Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures preview on Saturday at the San Diego Convention Center in California.

Punching up the proceedings, the actress brought a bolt of colour in her Wes Gordon navy-and-pink filigree-printed scuba sheath dress from the Fall 2013 collection.

Electric-fuchsia ‘Floria’ cutout suede sandals by Rupert Sanderson further intensified the chromatic spectrum, as did that light bubblegum lip.

With minimal accessories, the hot hues were the main attraction here, so I wish the curve-hugging frock hadn’t fallen quite so long on Emily’s frame.

I want to like this look but I just don’t like the dress or shoes together. Although I like the color of the dress and the shoes are much better than black pumps.

the dress is to long, a short version would be much better. And I am a bit tired of pumps, but with this print, a funky pump is better f.i. the wone like Nina Dobrev is wearing!

I really have to agree about the length, and it’s a shame b/c I love this look otherwise. That dress is TDF, and I find the shoes a somewhat surprising but intriguing choice. Hair and makeup are on point as well. Why, oh why don’t stars hem their pretty dresses?!

The dress should’ve been a tad shorter, but the dress and the shoes do not work very well together anyway. Love the shoes, but she should’ve worn a lighter shade of pink.

I love the shoes with the dress. While I agree about the length it’s not bothersome here.

I love the dress and shoes separately. This dress is too long to wear with those sandals bc it box her.

I find the fit of the dress quite aging. It’s not just the length. Something’s bothering about the mid-section as well.

I feel like she’s finally perfected the blonde shade of her hair. This ensemble is so close to being perfect, but I agree with the idea that it’s just a bit too long. I covet those shoes
